Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items without original packaging
  • Samples or testers
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Fragrance Selection

We understand that choosing a fragrance is personal.
As such, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used perfumes.

We recommend trying sample sizes (if available) or visiting our store to experience the scent before purchasing a full bottle.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos of the item

We will arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
