Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Singapore (Local): 1–3 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees imposed by their country

Jamal Kazura Aromatics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Jamal Kazura Aromatics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

If you experience any issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
However, feel free to reach out to us and we will assist where possible.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at:

Include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
